Care and Delivery Policy

 

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and 
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
     

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL — we are here to support you when a product doesn’t perform as it should.


2. Order Processing

Each order is lovingly prepared for dispatch:

  • Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days. If you need this sooner, please email after order placed and we will do our best to accommodate. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
     

If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


3. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout 
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s service 
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey
     

4. Change of Mind

We invite you to choose with intention. Because our products are designed as mindful rituals rather than transactional items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes situations where you:

  • Decide the item isn’t right for you 
  • Selected the wrong size or colour 
  • No longer require the item

 

We encourage you to review product details carefully and reach out if you’d like guidance before purchasing.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides remedies for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the issue.

Under the ACL:

  • For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement 
  • For a minor failure, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund 

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for items confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.


6. What Isn’t Covered

The ACL does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Use that isn’t aligned with provided care or usage guidance 
  • Natural wear and tear over time 
  • Accidental damage 
  • Unauthorised alterations or repairs 

We encourage gentle use of our products so they can continue to support your wellness rituals.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method 
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once approved 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under the ACL
     

8. Tracking & Delays

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow it via the tracking link provided.

While we take care to dispatch promptly, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please reach out — we’re here to assist you every step of the way.


9. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete details 
  • If you notice an error soon after placing your order, contact us promptly so we can try to update it before dispatch
